Although a mostly self-taught artist, I have studied with several instructors at the Woodstock School of Art. I exhibit my abstract expressionist paintings locally in various venues. My artwork is also found in private collections in the Northeast. Before I turned to painting, I received a doctor of philosophy degree in public administration and worked for many years in the field of environmental conservation. In addition to painting, I like to golf, and walk along local nature trails. However, my main focus and joy is abstract expressionism.
